Join this sprint to help you build and implement a data governance team by defining a mission statement for data governance in your organization, identifying the appropriate data governance structure for your organization, identifying key stakeholders, and defining roles and responsibilities for your data governance effort. At the end of this sprint, you will have created a plan for collaborative data governance that engages key stakeholders and identifies key focus areas.
