Full course description
This is a fully self-paced course, designed for looking to become more familiar with managing government performance. Over the next 4 modules, you’re going to be introduced to the concept of government performance, and understand how to drive performance through the use of data. This course will walk you through defining and refining goals, mapping metrics to these goals, communicating and visualizing your data, and driving decisions through your government performance management framework.
